Well, perhaps not a full game but at least a playable demo, not a demo video or trailer. According to this news issued by Sony the Blu-ray Disc of 'District 9' will come with the E3 2009 demo of God of War III, on the same disc. And this is a first.
What perhaps strikes me more in this announcement is that videogames now also get 'remastered', like audio recordings. Quote: | Just recently announced on the blog, God of War Collection features remastered versions of both God of War and God of War II on a single Blu-ray Disc at full 1280 x 720 resolution with 2x anti-aliased graphics. Both critically acclaimed games, which were originally developed for the PS2, are running at 60 frames per second for a smooth gameplay experience on your PS3. |

Ended up with a playable demo of Resistance 3 on the Battle LA (single disk version) BD also. Nice thing was you can download it off the disk, so you can keep it even if the movie was a rental. |
