I just came across this 15-page (!) "primer" -- a quite extensive user manual explaining step by step how to rip SACDs using a right PS3 with the proper firmware (up to FW v3.55), a PC, Korg AudioGate, etc.

Lots of screenshots included.

I'm not quite sure whether this is the original URL, or where to look for future updates but for now this works.
