The (PAL) TV tuner accessory to turn PS3 into a DVR will cost EUR 99 and be released in the UK on September 10, according to this news. The UK price and European release dates are not yet specified.

It's delayed until September 19 and its price reduced from £ 78 to £ 70 according to the latest news.

That's not so bad. What's more important that functionality is much more limited than initially suggested.

There's no offloading from HDD to memory card for porting to PSP or PC -- there's streaming to PSP by 'remote play'.

Moreover, there's no HD compatibility.
