SACDs on iTunes?

One of the albums I've got both as RBCD and SACD is Friday Night in San Francisco. I kept the RBCD after I bought the SACD because the latter is single-layer. Of course I could only use the RBCD to rip to MP3 for use on my portable audio player. I copied it to my wife's laptop who uses iTunes to manage her audio and sync with her iPhone. To my surprise, the album showed up in the iTunes browser as follows:



That's silly of course because that's the SACD sleeve. Nobody could rip it from that because it's not a hybrid.

Apparently it's not only eBay that confuses the two, and accidentally uses the SACD assets where only RBCD would be appropriate.
