hi everyone,
i know it is stated in the FAQ but i would like to make sure that this info is up to date.

will this PS3 - http://www.amazon.com/dp/B000TVT8PI?tag=pc02-20&camp=14573&creative=327641&linkCode=as1&creativeASIN=B000TVT8PI&adid=1RPARJEM5SHC30TE82C0& - let me play multi-channel SACD over HDMI? I am about to pull the trigger but as i am ordering from outside the US, returning thhe unit will be complicated.

i'll just add that i own the 40gb model and i think it's a fantastic machine!

Yes, all 80GB PS3s are SACD-compatible so as long as you've got an AV Receiver that's compatible with HDMI v1.2 or higher and multichannel PCM (and of course 5+1 speakers) you'll be able to enjoy multichannel SACD.

If you'd like to support this site please order the console via here:
